Getting on a jet plane...and flying to 2008 USA Rugby National All Star Championships (NASCs) today! In honor of that, I am spotlighting a video that was posted last year during NASCs. Our hotel had a pool in Blaine, MN and we had regular pool workouts and they were awesome!
